Teaching Assesment Program Description The class I am going to work with this trimester is the Wellness Program at Hillcrest health care Center in Wayzata, Minnesota. This program is part of a super program called Freedom through Functionality which runs through Aegis Rehabilitation, the watch which provides therapy services to Hillcrest health care Center.
